This video explains the basic techniques needed to gain a favorable status with the city council. These techniques range from getting to know the city council members and their backgrounds, explaining how your program fits in with the city’s needs, and how best to present your program and its needs. The video uses actual city council members from Iowa who explain what they like to hear from programs.
